NSW Rural Fire Service – Hazard Reduction Notice – rear of properties Albert Street, Ourimbah

Project involved legal notice served on land owner requiring the creation of an APZ for the protection of adjoining residential units. Project required compliance with “Planning for Bushfire Protection – 2006” and “Standards for Asset Protection Zones”. This project required working with NSW Rural Fire Service and the land owner to achieve an approvable outcome in steep and weed infested land. Project involved utilising powered hand tools in this difficult terrain.
